Unlike most other estate agents, I will handle every step of your selling or purchasing process personally. Whenever you need my advice, I am available to my clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I only work with a handful of clients to enable me to offer a five-star service. And with nearly four decades of experience selling hundreds of properties of all types throughout East Devon, rest assured that I have learnt to deal with every aspect of estate agency first-hand – including all the ups and downs – meaning I can ensure that your experience will be as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

As proof that I offer the highest level of integrity, I have been a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents for many years and I am also a member of The Property Ombudsman, so you know you will be in safe and totally professional hands from start to finish.

35 years + experience

I have been an estate agent all my working life, including managerial positions with both independent and corporate companies, which led to me running my own business as the next logical step.

Having successfully managed offices in Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth, Seaton and Honiton, I have a thorough knowledge of all areas of East Devon while selling a wide variety of properties, from bijou apartments to prestige country and waterside homes.

Your home will be advertised on all the main property websites, including Rightmove, so you know that you are getting UK-wide coverage, with many buyers in London and the South East now keen to move to more rural locations.

My home town is Exmouth and, because I really love this area, you know I will promote your property – however large or small – with genuine enthusiasm!
